I specialize in working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, stress, and life changes. I believe that all individuals and families are capable of change and personal growth. I partner with clients to support them as they set and achieve their own goals. Clients most often seek services with me to address trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, and gender and sexuality exploration. I am trained in writing letters for gender affirming surgeries, which I provide pro bono.
I work with individuals and families who often face discrimination in healthcare. I affirm the LGBTQIA+ community, abortion care, kink, non-monogamy, sex work, and anyone who needs a safe place to be who they are.
